I'm looking for smartphone which is all rounder and I can spend upto 30K. Right now OnePlus is in my mind. Else you guys are good at suggesting. I want everything in to be good. Battery, Camera, Space, etc.
Also, it would be good if it's light weight and look wise also sober.

Processor is generally good in their "T" Series. The processor in Vivo T2 Pro (Dimensity 7200) is really good. Very powerful.

It don't have expandable storage, also it doesn't support VoNR/ Vo5g . Can u suggest phone with same specs? (hybrid sim slot will do but expandable storage should be there, 5 g calling can be compromised though

Get the 256GB variant. It's just ₹1000 extra.
Regarding VoNR, I have no idea which phones have it and which phones don't.
