Suggest me a smartphone under 13.5K

Hey guys my little cousin brother need a smartphone for study purpose (P.S : as he says) and good gaming, good camera, etc. I've three options right now.
Redmi 12
Lava Blaze Pro
Lava Storm 5G

I also want to ask in couple of weeks a sale is also coming should I wait for that? The budget can't go above 14K but can be reduced if smartphone is excellent.

After going through few of options including Moto I decided to bought Lava Storm 5G. As, bloatware free experience is must needed.
