I have decided to go with Samsung K5570 32inch model and it comes with a Inbuilt Airtel HD+ setup box along with smart card and 2 months Mega HD pack free.

Now I'm confused if that offer is only for new Airtel customers or Old customers and if it's not for old customers how much airtel will charge to reactivate my connection after 2 months

Two ADTV connection with different account means two Customer IDs. Just saying. Incase you want to take as 2nd child connection the offer might not be available.
