Android TVs are the future. With having mobile/computers like features. I am also not using much features on my Smart TV because many important apps missing and web OS doesnt support those.

Buy a LED TV with best Picture quality & lots of HDMI & USB ports. (can save here as you are buying non-smart tv)
Buy a Google Chromecast 2. (Around 3000-3500 Rs.)
This is the best combination and makes your TV smarter than all Smart TVs available.

Exactly what i would like to suggest. Chromecast with Normal LED TV with many ports are greater than limited functionality smart TVs. You can upgrade to new Chromecast without changing TV.
