That's the debit card charge and not the account maintain charge. I pay that charge as i hv debit card but my dad don't hv debit card as he prefer cheque so no such charge from his account.

It varies from card to card. SBI classic/meastro card has charge of RS 100+tax whereas SB Global Int card has charge 150+tax. That's the two card I hv used till now. Cannot say about Gold/platinum/paywave card charges
