It varies from card to card. SBI classic/meastro card has charge of RS 100+tax whereas SB Global Int card has charge 150+tax. That's the two card I hv used till now. Cannot say about Gold/platinum/paywave card charges

Yes.. there is only debit card charge which is deducted annually.
In BoI, it Rs.100 + tax as i have basic card.
In Icici charges Rs.150 for basic card but i have taken Coral card whose charges are Rs.500 per annum.
