Yes. JioFiber Postpaid is advanced rental actually. Jio has mentioned it in their terms and conditions.

they will bill every month from installation date and deduct advance payment from due.

That guy is using Wi-Fi though, and your laptop's performance also impacts the speed. For example, in my PC, I was getting 700-800 Mbps, which has Ryzen 5 3400G. But on my laptop with Ryzen 7 5800H, I was getting constant 940-945 Mbps speed.

I feel they have counted Air Fiber as well. Considering Jio's track record, they might suggest purchasing Air Fiber if Jio Fiber is not available in that location.

That seems right. 5G is available in 7k+ cities too.
