Working fine for me. Try restarting your router. I'm restarting every day now as it's becoming slower by days.

Same here I'm facing issues with Jio Airfiber since few days btw I'm from Hyderabad. I have raised a complaint and schedule technician visit today (29June2024) between 3-4PM but till now no technician visited

My issue was rectified today. Technician visited within 1 hour of raising complaint. Was a pole-connection issue for me.

Just now received calls from jio team, they told it's same for whole apartment, it's technical glitch in my jio app

It is not really a glitch but the Jio team says it to close the issue.

The reason behind this error in MyJio app is the ONT is receiving higher Rx power.

If the whole apartment is having this error, Jio need to adjust the Rx power from the nearby OLT.

Generally, the best power range in JioFiber is within -18 and -25 dBm.
