I recharged for 3 Months Plan after I get my Introduction Plan. After 50 Days I am getting you account has been Suspended. Unable to speak with any Customer Agent.

Check with your email, if any received. That's a new one. Is this notification showing in My jio or came as regular sms? Visit a local JIO store if everything else fails.
 
Recharged for 500 and account is activated.
Couldn't get you. If issue persists and helpline number doesn't work then visit your locality jio store. Also last night there was some maintenance going on and jio services were down, might be it got affected.
 
Run Diagnostics option on MyJio app has received some visual changes. Functionality wise no changes I think.

Earlier STB health & remote connectivity were listed separately on Run Diagnostics menu, now merged and listed together.
