My JioFiber fixed voice number is not working from past some days. MyJio app's diagnosis tool self-diagnosed it and notified me to reboot the ONT. I did that by clicking on the 'Reboot now' button but that didn't fixed that. ‍

I can not login to JioJoin app either.

Do draft a email to JioFiber Customer Care. They will definitely solve your problem.

Actually I don't use the JioFiber voice service. That's why I didn't raised an SR which he app suggested as an alternate solution.

Few days back . I have also faced issue in JioJoin Application. I drafted a email to JioFiber Care. In 2 to 3 days they solved my problem
