It may be due to local fiber cut either from the fat box or your whole local area fiber wire is disturbed. Jio generally have 2-3 backup fiber line from all their main fiber lines thats why they have literally zero down time all over india. So it may be local fault only.

For me yesterday cable cut/outage issue for yesterday morning to till 7pm, now checked they fixed inside home connectivity issues in my jio app, don't it's app issues or connectivity issues, btw past week got update in playstore also

I m.using jio fiber last 6 month.last 5-6 days when I power on my set top.box it does not connect to wifi 5ghz.it takes so many time.in my jio app its also showing connectivity issue what should I do
We use Jio Fiber's postpaid plan, but we have been making advance payments since the time we got the connection, so I have not understood how it became postpaid.
