By default no but as we hv seen Airtel's MiFi can be reprogramed to accept all sim so must be jio. We just need correct firmware.

I meant locking feature .. dongle only works in jio sim .. like aircel done previously as in their aircel netstick ..

Yes... There are tutorials online... Ive installed firmware in Vodafone 3G and Airtel 3G few years ago to unlock...
