Bro wait... It will take time. Don't do anything in a hurry.

May be the box heard you that u like the white one and not the blue one..

Give the box some time to get stable and then try again.

I rebooted twice too..same issue
What you have rebooted ? STB or ONT ???

Have you changed the SSID and Password of the ONT in the app ???

If yes then it sometimes takes time. When my uncle got his Jio fiber installed, the technician asked not to change the credentials in the first 24 hrs.

So we left it with what the technician set it to.

My technician asked me to set immediately 😅
New password reflecting with all devices except the stb..in fact stb was recognising the password and got update too but post update it always say invalid password..done factory reset also

Anyway I asked my dealer to send technician tomorrow again

You can check all the parameters of your Set-top Box (STB), like STB connectivity status, video resolution, RAM/ROM utilization, etc., using the ‘Run Diagnostics’ feature. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open the MyJio app on your mobile
Step 2: Select ‘Fiber’ from the top menu
Step 3: Tap on ‘JioCare’ from the bottom bar and go to ‘Run Diagnostics’
Step 4: Select ‘Set-top Box device health’ and tap on ‘Run Diagnostics’
Step 5: If any issue is detected, tap on ‘Fix now’

Try turning off the ONT and STB for 10-15 mins and then check
Maybe tomorrow..now it's serial time..mom will throw me out if I test now 😂

One more thing I noticed before and after update there was no jio tv+ app installed, which ideally should be present right?

Regarding the initial experience, except this wifi issue I feel this box is snappier , faster than binge+ box, it hardly takes 30 sec to reboot and be ready whereas binge+ takes 1.5mins to 2 mins, even factory reset took around 1 min.
