Does anyone knows how to pair jio stb remote with acerpure tv?
I tried it didn't work

If it is not working then try to Factory reset the remote:

For the 43-key remote, long press the 7 + 9 keys for 4 seconds.

For the 38-key remote, long press the OK + TV keys for 4 seconds.

The remote's LED will blink twice to indicate a factory reset.

And then pair the remote, to Pair the remote with the Set Top Box:

Reboot the Set Top Box by removing and reinserting the power adapter. Place the remote close to the STB LED (within 30 cm). - Press any key once and wait for the LED to stop blinking. After the blinking stops, press any key multiple times to complete the pairing process. Once paired, the remote's LED will blink once along with the STB LED simultaneously when any key is pressed.

And after that try to setup the universal remote setup again.

bro, I have tried these steps but not working for my
Acer super tv. Any other way ?
