All company technicians will visit and install but some times we have to wait for few days too...I said that if we can do it then no issues of warranty even technician won't install...

Company always takes the words and suggestions of their technicians...If it's online purchase then we has to wait for company technicians...If offline then we can talk to dealer and install...

Congrats. Any specific reason for choosing this TV? I understand that most people use Firestick/Mi Box for streaming purposes. Doesn't getting an Android TV serves the purpose directly?

1.Flipkart giving ₹1000 extra on exchange with this model.
2. I basically required a normal TV for my mother. But in offline the price of normal model just equal to the price I am paying here for a smart tv. So opted this smart tv over a normal one.
3. Brand trust of SAMSUNG (previously I used sony which lasted only 6years), so i am hoping atleast 4-5years of uninterrupted service form samsung will be enough for me...
4. Having bluetooth is always a plus point.
Well I am using 4K TV,firetv stick 4K, Mi Box 4K for OTT viewing...
Specially in Firetv stick it's having greater quality both video and Dolby Audio as I have HT too...Many app versions in Android TV r different and few features r missing compared to firetv stick 4k...

Unboxing and initial Review :
1. HD channel on TV :
2. Remote :
Its a bluetooth enabled universal remote. I can easily pair my existing airtel DTH set top box with it. Remote has 3 OTT switch. one voice assistant switch, which can enable Bixby or Alexa upon pressing. Sadly Google assistant is not there. Maybe we can see that also in near future. Quality of remote is top notch just like fire stick remote.
3. Ports :
All the available port is there only 3.5mm headphone jack. Hudge drawback if anyone want to use it with 2.1 speaker.
4. App store : very few apps are there in tyzen store..
disney hotstar , sony liv, primevideo, youtube, youtube kidsJJtfliix,zee5, aaj tak , erosnow, jio cinema, facebook watch etc. Discovery plus, MX player and hoichoi still missing.

Most important part and it should be simple , clean and sophisticated. Samsung did their best here.
