Seeking Help Process to Convert JioFiber Postpaid to Prepaid

Is it possible to convert JioFiber Postpaid OTT Plan (Rs.599) to Non OTT Plan (Rs.399) ?
If not , whether we can change from Postpaid to Prepaid Rs.399 by returning only STB to Jio Team.
Unable to see both the options in the Myjio app or Jio website.
Any suggestions on this is welcome.

Is it possible to convert JioFiber Postpaid OTT Plan (Rs.599) to Non OTT Plan (Rs.399) ?

Yes, you can surrender your Jio STB by calling or mailing to JioFiber customer care. They will schedule engineer visit to detach STB from JioFiber account. Once it is done, you can recharge for any internet-only plan.

If not , whether we can change from Postpaid to Prepaid Rs.399 by returning only STB to Jio Team.
Unable to see both the options in the Myjio app or Jio website.

JioFiber prepaid discontinued for new acquisition w.e.f. 24th May, 2024. So this is not an option.

Thanks bro. Paid Rs.2500 during booking. Whether I will get any refund for returning STB since Rs.1500 deposit for Jio without STB and Rs 1000 additional for STB.

Again if I have to go for OTT plan then need to pay again Rs.1000.
Is my understanding correct ?

Only this part is applicable for you, since you are on JioFiber postpaid plan...

Please be informed, since you have committed to an Advance Rental plan, we have not charged you any additional Security deposit or Installation charges.

Hence, there is no refund applicable if you disconnect before the committed period.

Basically, JioFiber team will collect your STB and the STB will be de-linked from your account. After that you subscribe to non-OTT JioFiber plans.
