They said the same during our inspection as well. That the network quality is exceptional. And that they usually don't get to see such quality and speeds. I think these are their tactics.
Anyways, besides rainy weathers, we haven't faced any problems in our last 8 months of usage.

My ISP increased the speed from 50 Mbps UL to 70 UL Mbps from yesterday...price is same Rs 499+ GST monthly...
Speed test results 1 from TV and other from mobile... yearly subscription was earlier 12+1 and now 12+2 months benefits...
