Yes, i guess rain either doesn't affect or hasn't affect, cause i too have same plan & speed remains constant even in rainy weather.

I'm also on the same play with BSNL, It's far more than Airtel or Jio to get 60 mbps with 3.5tb unlimited data.

@Prithi Deb bro maybe it all depends on the area, cause when jio fiver installed in my home, theu guy was saying your area has a very strong network for 5g, +25 something like that in his checking app, he was a realy new guy so he could not explain to me exactly so i am assuming this

They said the same during our inspection as well. That the network quality is exceptional. And that they usually don't get to see such quality and speeds. I think these are their tactics.
Anyways, besides rainy weathers, we haven't faced any problems in our last 8 months of usage.
