Forget wireless, even to get a decent wired one in a good brand, you have to increase the budget to about 20k.

I have bought Sony IV300 5.1 home theatre. It is good. It supports DTH, Firestick, etc as it has HDMI in and HDMI out feature. Just check out if it is affordable.
