Planning to buy a 32" LED TV

Guys, My aunt's CRT TV got damaged and planning to upgrade to an LED TV. As of now only the only box to be ticked is of picture quality. Not much concerned about OS and connectivity options.
Currently Flipkart is running off sale on TVs and saw VU 32 BFM model is available for ₹7.2k including bank offer.
What's your take on this?
Anyone here using the same model? Do let me know your views on this.

Sorry Bro. I saw as samsung on Flipkart @14k . Well suggestion. But he buy instead of his CRT TV. So the 7k is better, I think

Actually i posted the Samsung model first, then edited to Vu after watching his budget. But my favourite TV brand is LG and Samsung.
