Seeking Help New Suzuki Access 125 vs TVS Jupiter

I am confused between both the scooters. Which one to buy. Please suggest depending on usage and experience.
Access will be costlier by 5-6k on road company to jupiter.

Access is a good choice in 125 CC segment. Me using it. Only problem is there's a delay in electric start.
