Sad News New Airtel Black (Fiber + IPTV) connection turned into a nightmare due to sales person mistake

Great to see that issue is solved. Yes, Airtel store is the best place to get any of your issues resolved quickly. I myself also have faced issues with Airtel. What I felt that the store guys are more reliable and provide correct information and also resolve issues faster. The cc guys over call do not know anything and only give misleading information.

One suggestion to anyone who wants to book a new Airtel Fiber connection, please do so from the Airtel store itself because if you book online then it will be a longer process
 
So in conclusion if anyone faces problem related to airtel just contact airtel store to resolve the matter instead of contacting cc & all others
