Sad News New Airtel Black (Fiber + IPTV) connection turned into a nightmare due to sales person mistake

Luckily they provided enough balance in both services
2000 rs in iptv account and 1480 rs in fibre account
While i just paid 2500 rs in advance
That's strange. Because in my connection, both IPTV & wifi are showing -2500 amount separately. Right now, the same amount (-2500) is shown for both connections. It doesn't mean I have paid 2500 twice.

Yours is probably showing lesser amount than what you have paid.

Do check one thing. Open your Airtel Thanks app, then select your black connection (not wifi or iptv). Then scroll down a bit and click on the transactions option. What does it show?

Mine shows:
Broadband: Rs. 1,851
IPTV: Rs. 649
 
@Bapun how many dth balance they provided you in your IPTV account? For me they given 2000 rs balance and expire day is in September 2025
Can you show me a screenshot of the same? Does your IPTV connection shows a "recharge" option too? 🤔

It means your IPTV connection is currently running in prepaid mode @TechXpert bro. Mine is bundled under Airtel Black hence it has billing system i.e. postpaid.

Bro black plan is not showing that is the problem

They provided both connection on different service requests this itself is the problem

Also unable to login on black site as it says already order in progress

Yes i understood

Now i just need to add both existing connections under black plan but unable to do so as it says order already in progress
So i contacted Local sales person and said atleast mark order as completed

dth is always under prepaid mode under black connection.

its just that when you pay bill of airtel black account, system will automatically transfer 413 recahrge into dth
rs2000 is just safety limit
it will used during
1) ant additonal channel cost above 413
2) additonal service charges like relocation charges, faulty LNB/STB replacement etc.

But bro under active services i can not see airtel black as my active service so i want to add my both existing connection as airtel black for one bill for both

I mean 699 plan
