Yes, but there are many which doesn't reappear. He might have installed many apps that's why encountering such problem. Even I faced the same when I installed all apps from JioStore earlier.

I just now had a call with JIO customer service they mentioned all JHSD200 model STB will have the Netflix app by tonight 12 AM and JHSC200 will have to wait till 3rd October.
Hoping for the best as I have JHSD200. Do anyone actually have the JHSC200 model?

Try to uninstall the apps that you don't use. It might be happening due to less storage space. It might work for you.
