Based on the below comparison, i would agree with mystic and recommend SAMSUNG LA40D551.
FYI.... Prices are for pakistan

Thanks mystic bhai for giving me ur time and advise , one last question what usb formats samsung la40d551 support and also tell me if samsung support youtube b/c if it support only youtube through LAN it will be great if not no problem i have decided i will go for samsung and finally samsung original is made of which country and how much warranty comes with samsung . Waiting for 1 final advise on above thanks

Samsung is a Korean company.
But now a days every multinational company is making their products in china.
I am not sure about Samsung though.

I think this model will play (via usb) almost all formats like avi, mkv, flv etc

No idea bro.... I think LAN cable is there but this tv may or may not be internet ready.

i am using panasonic led 40". nice pic, nice sound. go for it if your purse say so....

go for samsung cause its has one of the best in tvs

and here it has better specs so, dont even bother closing your eyes and buy it
and i have a lcd of samsung since 6 years till now no problem faced.
