I don't know whether it is available for all samsung devices or not. I am using A5-2016.
Download Onedrive from Playstore and then login with your microsoft account. It will automatically show "Apply 100 GB Samsung Offer" if it is available for your device.

@Gobinaath Bro use google drive and use offline option. If you use cloud storage for photos so use google photos that provide unlimited free cloud storage.
