Is there a difference between 4K and HDR?

yes huge difference
4k is resolution 3840 x 2160p, just like 1080p
where HDR is High Dynamic Range you can get FHD (1080p) HDR TV

HDR expands the range of both contrast and color significantly. Bright parts of the image can get much brighter, so the image seems to have more "depth." Colors get expanded to show more bright blues, greens, reds and everything in between.

Not used LED of other brands yet bro, only used CRT TV of Samsung before moving to LED.
