MTNL to upgrade broadband speed

BSNL and MTNL are really cheating here. They are providing 2Mbps upgrade only for FUP and for selective plans. Not for unlimited plans. The above said information was provided in the official BSNL website itself. Check out this official page with plan details

they'll also get 2 mbps speed, only their plans will remain d same, I mean same FUP will apply, only speed increases. :k

What About those who have unlimited plans like without f u p but have speed of 756 kbps 512 kbps 1mbps
