What i don't get is should we recharge it only using TS site/app or is it okay to do it directly using payzapp?

I use Payzapp app for TS recharge everytime and receive cashbacks on Payzapp account.

I got it today but i made a big blunder. I applied 10% off on recharge promo code during checkout which i think i shouldn't have since TS recharge doesn't require one. I thought maybe I'd get 20% + 10% extra which wasn't the case! I got 50 cash back on 500. I was a bit too greedy and it cost me 50 cash back. But i only applied the promo code since there wasn't any such restrictions mentioned on T&C. They didn't mention anything about not offering cashback if clubbed with other promo codes.

Many on some other forum have reported payzapp cash backs have not been credited on time past few months so i am waiting patiently.

It should be via tata sky app/web/scan and pay on payzapp

According to TnC it will take 14 days for cashback to be credited
