I had recharged 500 last month using payzapp when they had minimum 20% cashback upto 100. It's been 10 days and i am yet to receive my cash back. What i don't get is should we recharge it only using TS site/app or is it okay to do it directly using payzapp? I did it using payzapp dth recharge option and wondering if that's the reason i didn't get the cash back? Many on some other forum have reported payzapp cash backs have not been credited on time past few months so i am waiting patiently.
