Yes bro, after acquisition by Axis Bank, they are back on with good offers. Better than Paytm offers now. However, they were on the backfoot due to lack of funding and Snapdeal's insufficient marketing, due to which #PaytmKaro became more popular and is still more widely used compared to FC.

P.S.: I am a Freecharge user since year 2010 when they launched and used to deliver Paper Coupons.
