It's not that easy. Joining NATO effectively means taking USA shelter so then tomorrow Trump will threaten to give more protection money just like he threaten other NATO allies and Saudi and recently south Korea.

More over it will push Non Nato countries like Russia and most importantly Iran further away. So forget cheap Iran oil and Russian defence equipment and collaboration. And history tells us that in 1971 and in 1999 kargil war it was not USA but Russians who were true friends of our moreover USA acts like enemy in those war.

You're right bro. Whole day news channels keep on debating on Kashmir & Pakistan. All they do is for the sake of TRP. Now you see for the next week or so they all will use this for the sake of getting viewers. They will call some pakistani panelists like pirzada or some dumb fellow and shout at them non stop and they don't care since they're paid well. What have we ever achieved from these debates? And then they call kashmiri separatist supporters and give them anti national certificates. Media has shamelessly used Kashmir for it's own agenda.
