Private defence industry all over world is one notorious which majority behind all massacres.
Russian and American are biggest supplier worth billions per year and involves politicians to eat bribes in India /Pakistan.

I know this was done by Pakistani terrorist but this will fuel such defence deals resulting sub standard supply to our force and why they need such years to acquire new supply.

Army is there but from corrupted politicians and few high level corrupt official in army itself eating out system.

Well said. Then they will take full credit for surgical strikes or any form of retaliation. I clearly remember Rajnath Singh in a speech said that we won't attack them but if we even hear the sound of one bullet from that side we will retaliate by doing the same but the shots won't stop. If he really did that and not claim just for sake of publicity Pakistan wouldn't have dared to do this cowardly act. A limited war and regaining possession of some areas of POK is the only option to solve this.
