If someone already has a ICICI savings account and Instant Platinum Credit Card can he apply for this Amazon Pay card?

I have a weird issue, I work for a US based company and the form doesn't accept US zip codes. What should I do in this case?
What do freelancers/self-employed people usually enter in office address and zip?

finally I could apply for this card and got approved immediately. this was after almost an year of waiting. till last month it was showing that my pincode is not serviceable, whenever i tried even though i have existing ICICI credit cards.. but yesterday while making a purchase in amazon app, a banner was shown to apply for this card. i tried and it got approved. I got Rs.500 as cashback in Amazon Pay. I hope that the physical card will be reaching me as soon as this curfew period ends

My friend already have a ICICI card with 30k limit. He don't know about this card. So yesterday I told him and he applied and feed his existing card number and Amazon card got approved instantly and received 500 Amazon balance.

Today I’m comparing Amazon Pay vs SimplyClick Credit Card.
Reward Rate:-
1. Amazon Pay Card (Non EMI Purchase @ 5%, Other Spends in Amazon @ 2%, Other Online Spends @ 1%)
2. SBI SimplyClick (Amazon,Cleartrip,BookMyShow,Urbanclap,Netmeds,Lenskart @ 2.5%, Other Online Spends @ 1.25%)

Now Assume with Amazon Card you Purchase 40k Non EMI Amazon item worth 50k. Recharge, Bill Payments etc inside Amazon worth 30k, 20k Other Online Spends. So Total 100k Yearly Spends.
Total Benifit- 2500(50k x5%) +600(30k x2%), 200(20k x@1%)= ₹3300. But to enjoy 5% reward you have to get Prime subscription @ 999.
Total= 2300

Now Assume with SimplyClick Card you Purchase 40k Non EMI Amazon item worth 50k. Recharge, Other Spends inside Amazon worth 30k, 20k Other Online Spends. So Total 100k Yearly Spends.
Total Benifit- 1250(50k x2.5%) 750(30k x2.5%), 250(20k x@1%)= ₹2250. But with 1 lac spend you also get 2k Cleartrip voucher plus your AMC charge also waived off.
Total= ₹2250+2000= ₹4250.
SO SimplyClick Easily Beat Amazon Pay Card.

Now Assume you buy whole 1 lac item in Amazon with these 2 cards
1. Amazon Pay (100k x5%)= ₹5000-999(Prime Fees) = ₹4001
2. SimplyClick (100k x2.5%)= ₹2500+2000(Cleartrip GV) = 4500

SO Again SimplyClick beat Amazon Pay Card.
