Same here. I didn't even get the statement email. That too they said Technical issue. Hearing some unconfirmed news about reward system. Need to confirm before I post it here. Also reward points in the statement is not clear. Anyway I didn't spend much this month.

Got a credit of 60 in amazon pay and I can't understand how it was calculated. Above image is what the current month's statement shows.

Looks like it affected some account with statement generation date in second or third week of september

I got it 2 days back but donno how it was calculated; Statement is not yet delivered via email. I downloaded it.

"Dear Customer,the reward points for your Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card for Sep-19 are incorrect. The correct points will be credited in your Amazon Pay wallet by 28-Sep-19. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused."

Yes I got them yesterday and the amount credited was correct as per Statement

I just received. Looks like icici is having a nightmare with this card.
