OTF Exclusive JioTV launches AndroidTV app with All Star Channels

This is an Android TV app designed for Smart Tvs,Android Boxes & devices such as fire stick currently in beta testing once fully developed will be added to Android TV Play store.

Jio Fibre STB might also be using this same App when this App gets fully developed with LCN & EPG enabled.

If they provide the final jio Tv app on playstore then everyone can download it on smart TV/fire stick, who will buy their STB ???

What i feel is they wont give the app to playstore, they have a own app store known as Jio Store where one can get Jio specific and premium apps made only for their STB

Even if they do give it to playstore, watching channels will be chargeable as it will consume data

It applies to Jio Fiber too and that will be a bit costly than Jio Tv Android App since Fibre broadband Plans will be there, both are same one direct data cost another no data consumption but for Broadband one needs to pay.

Yes, if the apps is used on jio Giga STB along with its Fiber connection then its unlimited and no data consumption, one needs to only pay for the monthly broadband plan

Jio gave out fiber for many people already but they ain't giving giga tv as of now
