I just logged into Jio Fiber ONT successfully. Do you have a screenshot of what you see at your end?

I thought you had JioFiber because this thread is about JioFiber.

I can not say about AirFiber login page because I don't use it.

Some JioFiber users are receiving WhatsApp messages to update their router firmware.

Dear Customer,

Your JioHome router requires a software upgrade to enhance its performance

Please follow these steps:

1. Locate the small pinhole at the back of your router​

2. Use a pin to press and hold the pinhole for 10-15 seconds to reboot the device (you will see the light blinking red).​

3. Wait for the light to turn a stable green, which may take up to 5 minutes.​

Congratulations! Your router is now pgraded!

First time seeing this where user has to do a manual s/w update, that too via reset option.

Normally ONT/Routers are updated remotely OTA like STB's, without a need to reset.

Yeah. It has updated earlier on its own without user intervention. I don't see most people caring to do this much. I doubt many people would even give much thought to the message.
