oh boy  :wall did you talk to customer care. this is so poor. log a complaint. one of my frnd was getting 256kbps. he logged a complaint and after a week he startd to get around 10mbps.

See my JioFi 2 speed. This speed is enough for me. connection speed is 24 Mbps and download speed (Actual transfer) is 2.6 MB/sec. I don't trust speed test because whenever I tested, it never go beyond 10 Mbps... But I get download speed of 20 Mbps.

Nah.. Its under FUP 1GB limit i tested...

By the way, i get above 10 Mbps on my mobile Jio sim at the same location and same time.. So its the JioFi choosing a lower band which is resulting in slow speeds.. :'(

oh...I never faced that issue. Even lower band gave me speed of at least 1 Mbps (transfer rate 100 KB/sec approx.) but you can try restarting JioFi 2 (sometime it helps) or raise a complain.

In my location I used to get upto 30mbps speed. I didn't find speed issue. Jiofi speed seems to be faster than mobile phone.

I felt slight warm over long usage. Which is normal as mobile phone gets heated more than jiofi on 4g network... Range is also good..

on which planet is jio giving 30mbps

Bro.. no matter what I do.. speedtest or otherwise, the speeds in my area are terrible I've been complaining since September 2016.. I've got a collection of service req IDs. earlier i didn't get network inside house.. now network reliability not much of an issue. but the speeds are slower than the processing time at a govt office

Only Jio TV gives me buffer free HD stream with jiofi 3
