Hope the 4K is available if your plan and TV supports 4K
I am getting 4K on my samsung tv connected with BSNL broadband. I am 1499 yearly plan.
I don't see much difference between 4K and HD. I don't know why people are over excited especially those who are eagerly awaiting for Airtel IPTV stating that for star 4K feed.
Have also attached TCCL HD feed

Bro you will notice difference if you watch on 65” or bigger tv

They are showing discriminatory nature in hotstar 4K & FHD app subscribers with providing 50fps in Jio STB users.
It isn't because they aren't officially announced anything related to it.
Actually it's still in the testing phase as one can see the testing symbol on the left above bottom. The streaming is stuck very often here and there during live which wasn't the case when they stream it in 25fps streaming. So they don't want to take the risk by implement it to all. That's why there are testing it in their own hardware.

They are very lazy to add 50fps in live sports stream compare to Sony Liv.

That's true. Sonyliv and prime video giving 50fps for a long time. But despite being the number 1 ott of india with having almost every types of sports from local to international, they are still not able to give it. Don't forget their low bit rate 1080p streaming on mobile which quality is far below than a 720p video from YouTube.
