Should have done this before FIFA WC when they had both tv and digital rights and you had a good number of fans who would watch the entire tournament. Now they are not ready to risk it if the new app breaks they lose all the viewership and Star gets chance to put meme after meme.

They can’t move premium or paid content / before tv content to free platform, they will make Jio cinema as paid platform and Voot shutdown after IPL 16.
