Do you support the price hike by telecom operators?

Now Majority of the Port Outs will not be based on the pricing but the quality and coverage of the network and the quality of service
And ofcourse Jio Pricing will be lesser than AVOID while BSNL will be cheapest of all after new hike
Jio has most coverage for VOLTE and 4G with indoor connectivity(band 5), but poor net speeds in high population areas.

And also in remote places where there is no 4G tower present, Jio is as good as dead as Jio can't fallback to 2G/3G like AirTel or Vodafone can...

I experienced this problem earlier...When I went to Dooars couple years ago & there were no 4G towers, Jio sim stopped working...

In Agency areas of Andhra Pradesh, BSNL only works well, all private telcos were dead. so, never expect 4G network in remote areas.

AirTel works for me in every corner of the country & I have visited many remote places like high hill stations & jungles etc...I am not talking about using 4G data in remote places...I am talking about basic call connectivity that's why I said that, AirTel & Vodafone can still give connectivity by doing an automatic fallback to 2G/3G but Jio can't do that & we can't even receive incoming calls on Jio where there is no 4G tower...

Yes Right BSNL doing much better than other operators specially in remote area where jio speed is literally 2G during peak hours

Even I agree if we leave the 4G VoLTE services aside, Airtel has the best network coverage & that is why they are keeping 2G services alive for calling purposes while shutting down 3G.

But Airtel fails for indoor 2G/Voice coverage in villages, bcoz they uses 1800 mhz and BSNL reaches every corner in indoors with 900 mhz in AP.

People say that BSNL should be shut down as it is a den of corruption and inefficiency. It is true that BSNL is often plagued by corruption and other high to low level malpractices but does it mean we need to shut down the state telecom company which at times played vital role in price control and a support for poor people.

Does the government always runs for profit? It is right to always run for profit overlooking all the public service and security not to mention our tax money which goes to build 3000cr statues? There are places were security personnel are only dependent on BSNL.

I am seriously sick of all this thing. BSNL has often been used as scrapegoat. Purposely undermined for private operators' affairs. Utterly worried for the current state of the country.
