Irritating problem in my TV !!

I am getting white transparent lines in my bottom of my TV .. I even checked with the HDMI and changed to cable,but it did not change .. can anyone shed some light on this ??

Switch of in Remote and switch on ie: standby mode.. may be degausing issue ..
or
may be dry soldering issue
