BTW they should show the short run from a different angle.

Something like this happened last year. While side-on creates the illusion that batsman is in because of the round bottom of the bat, the other angle clearly shows he is outside.

Agree with you. But the umpire on the field was so confident didn't even bother letting the third umpire take a closer look when he knows how crucial even a single run is in the last 10-12 balls. Seriously even if not an umpiring error, but definitely the laziness of the umpire not to opt for the Third Umpire Option available..!

Definitely too close for a decision to be taken by the naked eye..!
