Whatever, if DC qualifies, there is the following possibility (it is not my prediction but a coincidence).

DC (Deccan Chargers): 2009 champions.
DC (Delhi Capitals): 2019 ...?

This will be the first time in 7 years that it qualifies (if it happens). It will be a big relief for Delhi. Finally the jinx will be broken.
