Steve Smith takes over RR captaincy for the rest of the season

if RR want to change the captain they should have done at the beginning of the tournament not after knowing RR place in the IPL standing.

I still doubt about Steve smith can captain after that issue and If I remember correctly he was banned for not captaining Australia side as well as any franchise cricket.
