Not trying to spread any hate but if you look at all the team then they have many players in their playing XI who can continue for atleast 6-7 years for their team..but for CSK their most of the players are in upper side of 30's and can only give 2-3 year at max so if not today then Tommorow they will suffer for 1-2 years and then they may rise after that buying more better and young players and forming their new core again..

I think CSK is a team which stays in present not for future. They go for auction keeping SWOT analysis for current year not for next 3 or 5 years. Many teams nurture young talent especially MI but they lost Rana to Kkr, same sarfaraz, Rahul from RCB to KXIP
