Not sure about Rahul, but Rayudu will definitely be a part of not only in the squad but in starting XI. He has the backing of team management and chief selector. So, it doesn't matter even if he fails in IPL.
They'll use same logic to include Rayudu and discard Rana (or any other deserving): IPL form isn't the selection criteria for 50 over WC.
