Bro as per retention there are so many experienced captaincy candidates there like Smith, finch, Morgan, Shakib, Manish Pandey, Shikhar Dhawan, Buttler and many others too, then how only choose worner they have to keep backup if Warner, Rahul, Shreyas, Hardik and Rashid missed by them

Buttler is in Rajasthan. All the others on your first list are either on the wrong side of 30s or are redundant for rcb because they already have someone equivalent.
