IPL 2022 could take place entirely in Mumbai, BCCI contemplating March 25 as start date

As per a report in Cricbuzz, the BCCI currently has two routes in front of it. First being the initial plan to have all 10 teams playing the home-away format, with the home games being held at their respective stadiums. The second option being activating the three venues in Mumbai (the Wankhede, CCI and DY Patil Stadium) for the entire season for all teams.

The board is also contemplating changing the start date of the new season from April 02 to March 25 in order to reduce the number of double-headers and day games that was initially planned.

Bro I think the reason is it's the only city which has 3 cricket stadium so it would be easy to conduct in one particular state rather multiple cities due to Covid and logistics issues.
