RCB sign Harpreet Singh as replacement for Sarfaraz Khan

Royal Challengers Bangalore have signed up Madhya Pradesh all-rounder Harpreet Singh Bhatia as replacement for the injured Sarfaraz Khan for the remainder of IPL 2017 . Sarfaraz, 19, suffered a leg injury during an inter-squad practice game at the Chinnaswamy Stadium ahead of the season and has since not featured for last year's finalists in any of the six games so far. While the RCB management stopped short of ruling the precocious Uttar Pradesh batsman out for the entirety of the tournament, the replacement should shut the door on Sarfraz's IPL hopes for this season.
