Vry bad and Pathetic rule...what abt those who May be for some genuine reason or unintentionally some day forget to carry driving licence or any other documents.. ..What abt them..How can person from middle class family Or any aam aadmi of India will afford to pay this type of nonsense and huge Fine amount ..
You can't treat everyone in the same way..this is ridiculous..
